Delivery
Time
Turn-around
time for embroidery orders is generally
7-10 business days from the day your order is placed until it
ships. Shipping and transit time can vary from 1-5 days depending
on where you live.
We try to
accomodate rush orders on a per order basis. If you need your
order by a specific date, please call us at 1-800-221-9350
to place your order over the phone so we can assure it gets
to you on time.
Sales
Tax
Ohio residents will
be charged a 6.5% sales tax.

cost is calculated based on your order total; shipping cost

Returns
Due to the
nature of custom printed apparel, we can not accept returns
or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted,
materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that
sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have
any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a
sample product, please contact us at 1-800-221-9350.
We can not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes
and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once
the garments are custom printed.
